KIDNASIUM^® classes for children 6 months to 6.5 years.

Classes include a wide variety of gymnastic elements, exercise movements, tumbling, music, dance, songs, coordination activities, balance and skill development that boosts confidence and help conquer new challenges.

Our friendly and well-trained instructors will skillfully assess your child at first visit to insure we meet their specific level and fitness needs.

All classes are one hour and expertly designed to meet the physical age level of your child. Weekly our program changes with varying program activities to stimulate and challenge.

Turtles:	6 - 15mo.	Non-walking infants
Cruisers:	15 - 18mo.	Independent walkers
Seahorses:	18 - 27mo.	Walking - OK - Running!
Sea Stars:	27 - 36mo.	Walking, running, & more!
Otters:	3 - 4 yrs.	Transitioning/school readiness
Dolphins:	4 - 6.5 yrs.	Level I: gymnastics + tumbling + sports skills
Sea Waves:	1.5 - 5 yrs.	(siblings): exercise + play
